Customer Feedback, Compliments, Comments and Complaints
We welcome feedback from our customers. You can:

Consultation
You can view and comment on planning applications on-line or in the office.
There is also a Petitions, Consultations and Comments section on our website which will link you to the Consultations and Petitions page and information on how to speak at committee meetings.
From time to time we undertake consultations asking for your views on specific issues. Details of these will normally be in the local press and on the homepage of our website. We also email or write to people who are registered on our consultation database as being willing to be consulted on issues affecting the borough.
