Online forms: Speaking at council meetings
This form has a maximum of 8 pages
The borough council makes its decisions at a number of meetings that are held regularly throughout the year.
Some decisions are taken by the full council (all 36 councillors) and some are taken by a committee or sub-committee of between 3 and 15 councillors.
Council and committee meetings are open to the public. You are welcome to speak at these meetings or ask questions of the councillors, giving prior notice by filling in this form.
Most requests to speak at a meeting must be received by the committee administrator by 5pm on the working day before the meeting. For planning committee, you have until 12 noon on the day of the meeting to make your request.
To find out dates of upcoming meetings and what's due to be discussed; visit our agendas, reports and minutes page. Information will be published at least five working days before the meeting takes place.
