Go to Client Gallery and open either Waendel Saturday or Waendel Sunday folder. Passwords are Saturday or Sunday depending on the folder you have opened. Then view the folder matching your ticket.

6358 Walkers and Cyclists took part in Waendel 30 enjoying the Northamptonshire Countryside.

Welcome
We look forward to welcoming friends from around the world to join in the Waendel Walk.
Choice of Distances

The weekend will include a choice of 5, 10, 15, 25 and 42 kilometre routes for walkers and 25 and 42
kilometre routes for cyclists, giving everyone an opportunity to sample
different parts of the local countryside on Saturday and Sunday.
NEW FOR 2010
Walks for youngsters - and the young at heart.Saturday & Sunday
5Km Ladybird Walk - 3 Miles
10Km Butterfly Walk - 6 Miles

Walkers use a combination of field, footpaths and roads visiting picturesque villages.
All road routes for cyclists are also available for walkers prefering road walking.
5km Routes on each day are suitable for participants with special needs and for children in buggy or pushchair.

Waendel Swim at
Waendel Leisure Centre
The
Waendel Swim is a great opportunity to round off Saturday's activities
from 1800hrs with the minimum
swim distance being 300 metres (12 Lengths) Swim at Waendel Leisure Centre, Thomas Street Wellingborough
The Castle - Waendel Headquarters
All
routes start from The Castle, Castle Way, Wellingborough and are
circular, finishing back at The Castle. Route descriptions and maps are
provided upon arrival at The Castle and ample signage ensures that even
the most inexperienced map-reader will not get lost.

There are plenty
of checkpoints
with food and toilet facilities for walkers and cyclists, together with
a number of public houses en route for those looking for alternative
refreshments.
