Go to Client Gallery and open either Waendel Saturday or Waendel Sunday folder. Passwords are Saturday or Sunday depending on the folder you have opened. Then view the folder matching your ticket.

We look forward to welcoming friends from around the world to join in the Waendel Walk.




Choice of Distances


Waendel30

The weekend will include a choice of 5, 10, 15, 25 and 42 kilometre routes for walkers and 25 and 42 kilometre routes for cyclists, giving everyone an opportunity to sample different parts of the local countryside on Saturday and Sunday.

 10Km Butterfly Walk - 6 Miles

Bumblebee15 Km Bumblebee Walk - 9 Miles




Waendel
Walkers use a combination of field, footpaths and roads visiting picturesque villages.




All road routes for cyclists are also available for walkers prefering road walking.Waendel

5km Routes on each day are suitable for participants with special needs and for children in buggy or pushchair.

The Waendel Swim is a great opportunity to round off Saturday's activities from 1800hrs with the minimum swim distance being 300 metres (12 Lengths)

The Castle - Waendel Headquarters

Waendel HQ - The CastleAll routes start from The Castle, Castle Way, Wellingborough and are circular, finishing back at The Castle. Route descriptions and maps are provided upon arrival at The Castle and ample signage ensures that even the most inexperienced map-reader will not get lost.

There are plenty of checkpoints with food and toilet facilities for walkers and cyclists, together with a number of public houses en route for those looking for alternative refreshments.
