Change of circumstances forms can now be filled in online and the Council will instantly update its systems for a variety of matters.

Council Customer Services Manager, Julie Barton, explained: "There's no need to leave home.  You can just fill in a change of circumstances form online at our website at www.wellingborough.gov.uk to inform us of any changes to your personal situation.  For instance, you can tell us if you change address, or if you are applying for or cancelling a single person's discount.  
"You can also inform us if anyone in your household has died, if the property is now unoccupied, if someone in the household is an adult student or if you have had a change of name. Just fill in the form online and our systems will instantly be updated."
