Licensing Act 2003

There is a requirement for Licensing Authorities to advertise all applications made under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant or variation of a premises licence or certificate.

The below link will take you through to the Northamptonshire Licensing Partnership website. This page will display all current applications which are open for consultation.

Representations can be made within the dates specified in each notice based upon one or more of the four licensing objectives:

• The prevention of crime and disorder 
• Public safety 
• The prevention of public nuisance 
• The protection of children from harm
