Local Development Framework - North Northamptonshire Core Spatial Strategy Development Plan Document

This Development Plan Document, adopted in 2008, sets out overall plan for the whole of North Northamptonshire (i.e. Wellingborough, Corby, Kettering and East Northamptonshire) for the period to 2021.

All other Development Plan Documents must be in conformity with the Core Spatial Strategy

The Core Spatial Strategy is now being reviewed to look at the period to 2026 and beyond.  Consultation on the Scope of the Core Strategy (what it should contain and what issues it should cover) ended on Monday 30th March 2011. Development of the preferred option is due for consultation between September and October 2011.
