Countryside Service
General information
Working closely with the local community, landowners and various environmental organisations, the County's Countryside Service aims to provide a countryside that is attractive, and accessible to all sections of the community, while safeguarding and enhancing its wildlife, natural and historic features.
The Countryside Service includes rangers, information officers, administrative support, and an estate team. The service is ably assisted by voluntary rangers.
The Borough of Wellingborough has a great variety of countryside for visitors to enjoy.
