District Law is the joint in-house legal team for Daventry District Council, Kettering Borough Council and the Borough Council of Wellingborough.  We also provide legal services for other public sector organisations.

Salary £38,052 - £40,858 p.a. (SCP 42-45) with a market supplement of up to £8000

A high volume of property law work is generated by our clients, from routine residential conveyancing to complex commercial property and investment transactions. You will lead and be supported by a Property Lawyer and a Paralegal and will manage the high demand for this type of work, calling on additional/external expertise when needed. 



Salary £34,106 - £37,107 p.a. (SCP 38-41) with a market supplement of up to £5000

Working with our Senior Property Lawyer and Paralegal, you will be able to develop and expand the role as your knowledge increases and will be involved across the spectrum of local government property law practice, from routine residential property matters to more complex commercial transactions.  You will be supported as you develop by the friendly team. 



Salary £34,106 - £37,107 p.a. (SCP 38-41) with a market supplement of up to £5000

Working with a Senior Planning Lawyer and a Paralegal, this role will be essential in meeting the high demand for planning advice from our clients across a large geographical area including part of the Milton Keynes and South Midlands growth area.  The successful candidate will be able to engage with the wide range of development which is ongoing across the region and to advise at Planning Committees as required.
