Customer Officer (Temporary)
£19,446 per annum (with the potential to earn up to £23,111)
37 hours per week - 18-months fixed term contract
We are modernising the way we deliver our revenues, housing benefits and council tax support services and have an important role to fill in our small but efficient team. This multi-dimensional role would offer the right candidate an exciting opportunity to develop and broaden their current skills.
The role will offer you the opportunity to use your well-rounded customer service skills undertaking a variety of tasks from reception work to revenues & benefits advice and document verification. This job role will give you the chance to gain in depth knowledge in revenues, benefits & support.
This role requires proficient Microsoft Office skills and the ability to communicate clearly, effectively and courteously with the public both face to face and in writing. Candidates need to be able to maintain confidentiality, work autonomously and under pressure to tight deadlines.
