Memorials
Headstones, vases, kerbs and other monuments
Written approval must be sought before any memorial is placed on a grave; this is usually dealt with by the memorial mason for the family.
All memorials must be made of natural stone.
Immediately after the burial a temporary grave marker will be placed at the head of the grave which will show the name of the deceased, the grave number and date of the burial. The temporary marker will remain on the grave for twelve months, or until a permanent memorial is erected.
There are local memorial masons which can be found in the Yellow Pages.
