WEAST Development Framework & Development Briefs
A Development Framework has been written for the Wellingborough East site and aims to describe and illustrate how planning and design principles, set out in the Wellingborough Local Plan and supplementary documents, should be implemented.
The East of Eastfield Road Development Brief was adopted on 31st January 2006.
- Working with existing landowners, local residents, businesses and other interested parties to establish a shared vision for the area.
- Establishing the basis for comprehensive regeneration of the area that will serve as the framework for implementation.
- Setting out the detailed planning and urban design parameters and guidelines to serve as a basis for the determination of planning applications and highway agreements.
The East of Eastfield Road Development Brief was adopted on 31st January 2006.
A planning application for the Eastfield Urban Quarter has now been received and can be accessed from the link below.
All of these Development Briefs SPG/D's) can be downloaded below or purchased on CD (containing all of the WEAST Development Briefs and the WEAST Development Framework documents) for £5 or as a hard copy at £10 per document.
