FEE INCREASE

Please note that following regulations made by Parliament on 20th December 2017, there will be an increase in planning fees of 20% from 17th January 2018.  The regulations also introduce some new fee categories.

All applications with a valid date of 17th January 2018 or after will be subject to the new fees.  Where an application is currently invalid, please ensure the required information is submitted promptly to avoid the additional charge.
