Referendum and local elections 5 May 2011

Elections will be held on Thursday 5 May 2011.

Polling Stations
Poll cards will be delivered around the 28 March to each member of the household who is eligible to vote. The poll card will inform you as to where your polling station is. You do not need to take your poll card with you to be able to vote.
Hours of poll will be from 7am - 10pm.

Postal Voting
You can choose to vote by post if you cannot or do not wish to vote at a polling station.
Applications can be made indefinitely or for a specified period and can be sent to your home address or any other address you specify.
Correctly completed application forms must be received by 5pm on Thursday 14 April to be included in the elections on Thursday 5 May.
Postal votes will be sent out from the 20 April and must be returned by 10pm on Thursday 5 May.
