Cemetery Services
There are four Council cemeteries in the Borough:
- Wellingborough - Doddington Road
- Wellingborough - London Road (Closed)
- Finedon - Station Road
- Wollaston - Cobbs Lane
Opening Hours in general are from 8.00am until dusk.
Cemeteries staff work closely with local funeral directors to provide a burial service to those that are bereaved.
Interments can be carried out in burial plots. burial chambers and the Mausolea. Cremated remains can be interred in the Ashes Chambers and Garden of Rest plots but we do not operate any crematoria. Various ethnic groups can be accommodated including Muslim burials.

There is a burial register and if you are carrying out a family search and you require detailed information from the Council, we are willing to assist. However, you should be aware, that there may be a charge for searching some records.

Wellingborough Norse
