During the third quarter of the year:

• The council received 73 FOI requests and 5 requests for information under Section 29 of the Data Protection Act
• 95% of requests were completed within deadline

Second quarter (01 July - 30 September 2011)

During the second quarter of the year:

• The council received 94 FOI requests, 3 EIR requests and 1 request for information under Section 29 of the Data Protection Act.
• 95% of requests were completed within deadline

First quarter (01 April - 30 June 2011)

During the first quarter of the year:

• The council received 104 FOI requests, 2 Data Subject Access Requests and 1 Section 29 request.
• 95% of requests were completed within deadline
