Business Rates

Account Enquiries - Moving into a Property

If you are moving into a property, the Business Rates Section will require the following information:
  1. The full postal address of the property.
  2. The name of the business if it is a limited company or the name of the sole trader or partners in the business if it is not.
  3. The trading name of the business (if different).
  4. Date the lease commenced or date the property was purchased.
  5. The date the property was occupied (the date goods were first placed on the premises).
  6. Length of the lease (if appropriate).
  7. Contact telephone number.
  8. Name of the person providing the information.
This information can be provided by telephone to the Business Rate Section on 01933 231691, by fax to 01933 231677, by e-mail to nndr@wellingborough.gov.uk or by post to the Council Offices, Tithe Barn Road, Wellingborough, Northants, NN8 1BN.
