Completion Certificates
A completion certificate will only be issued when Building Control are satisfied
that the works undertaken have been completed in accordance with the
requirements of the Building Regulations, and that all necessary additional
documentation has been submitted to us e.g. SAP calculations air/sound test
results etc. It is in your interest therefore, to ensure that you or your
builder gives all the necessary notification for inspections as this
Certificate may be required should you decide to sell your property at a later
date.
Remember the works are not considered complete until this certificate is issued.
