Service Plans 2012-2013
Service Plans are an important improvement tool which help us to set a clear direction for each service. They give an overview of the strategic direction for Council service areas and provide information for our people, customers and communities.
Each plan sets out the major commitments that we seek to deliver set within a context of national and local policies and plans. They also summarise the previous performance and key achievements.
