Making A Homeless Application
The Application
Making a homeless application involves an in depth and comprehensive interview with our housing options officers, the interview usually lasts for about an hour depending on the complexity of your situation. During the interview you will be asked for yours and those to be included in your applications personal details such as National Insurance number, proof of income etc, you will also be required to give details of where you have lived for the past 5 years. An important part of the application is your statement, this is an account of the events that have led to your homelessness and can often involve your discussing information of a quite personal nature.
It is important that you provide all the information requested as soon as possible as failure to do so will result in your case being delayed.
