Supplementary Planning Guidance / Documents
Introduction
Supplementary Planning Guidance builds upon the policies in the Borough of Wellingborough Local Plan and/or County Structure Plan, and provides more detailed advice on particular topics or areas. It is a material consideration in the determination of planning applications for development. Following the commencement of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act (the Act) in 2004, Supplementary Planning Guidance will continue to be a material planning consideration whilst the associated policies in the Local Plan or County Structure Plan remain in place.
