Healthier Delivery Group

The Healthier Delivery Group consists of representatives from a wide range of organisations and agencies working within the local community. It is responsible for the achievment of the Healthier outcomes and targets within the Wellingborough Sustainable Community Strategy and takes a lead role on those aspects of the Partnership work. The Healthier Delivery Group's outcomes include:

• Improving Health and Life Chances for Children and Young People.
• Supporting More Adults to Live Independently.
• Improving Health and Life Chances for Adults and Reducing Inequalities in Life Expectancy.
• Increasing Participation in Cultural, Sporting and Physical Activity.

The group looks at all aspects of living that can affect health and prioritise actions according to local needs.
