Scheme for speaking at committee meetings
If you want to address a meeting or put a question to it, you should contact the committee administrators at Swanspool House, Wellingborough by telephoning 01933 229777. Alternatively you can submit a form request or you can write a letter either setting out the question you wish to ask or explaining what you wish to say.
Prior to the meeting, the committee administrator will have put your request to the person who will Chair the meeting and it is that person who will need to be satisfied that what you wish to say is relevant to the public agenda for the meeting.
It is possible that an issue can be debated at several meetings before the final decision is arrived at. You will not normally be allowed to address a meeting on the same issue more than once.
