Q: What are Court costs for?
Answer:
Court costs are payable by you to cover the Councils additional expenses which have been incurred as a result of late or non payment, and the cost of producing and dealing with the summons and attendance at Court. These costs are incurred on the date the summons is issued & must be paid.
