Q: What if I have trouble paying?
If you need to pay on a different date to the 1st of the month then you need to contact the council tax department to make an arrangement to avoid letters and further action. As soon as you realise you are having a problem paying, please contact us on 01933 231693; it might be possible to help by rescheduling your payments.
If you pay by standing order, bank or post office please make sure the payment reaches us by the instalment date as payments can take up to 10 working days to reach your account.
