Go to "Planning Applications", then "Application Search".
Enter the Reference No. (ie. WP/2008/0701) or any other details, then scroll down the page and press "enter" on "Search".
You will see a "Results List".
Click on the highlighted reference number and the application details will appear, along with any attachments.
