Answer:

At present we provide a free pre-application advice service whereby an officer will provide a detailed investigation of your proposed application.

Please send in a letter with any plans and details relevant to your enquiry or come to reception in Tithe Barn Offices, Tithe Barn Road, and ask to speak to the Duty Officer who will be able to help with all general planning enquiries.

The hours that an Officer will be on duty are:
Monday - Thursday 1:00pm - 4:45pm
Friday 1:00pm - 4:15pm

You should be aware that any advice given is an informal opinion of an officer which can not be taken as binding on the final decision of the Council on any application(s) that you submit.
