Animal - fouling: Outline
All dog owners should be responsible and clear up after their pet when they are out. Plastic carrier bags are easy to use as a 'poop scoop' and there are plenty of dog litter bins located around the Borough.
Irresponsible dog owners who do not clear up after their dog could receive a fixed penalty notice of £75.00
