Licence - late hours catering: Outline
A Late Night Refreshment Licence is when a house, room, shop or building is kept open for public refreshment, resort and entertainment at any time between the hours of 10.00pm and 5.00am (other than a house, room, shop or building which is licensed for the sale of beer, cider, wine or spirits).
Northamptonshire Partnership are now responsible for all Environmental Health Licence Applications (excluding Taxi licensing), in addition to the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005.
The Partnership is made up of:
- Corby Borough Council
- Daventry District Council
- East Northamptonshire Council
- Kettering Borough Council
- The Borough Council of Wellingborough
The group was formed to improve the service that Northamptonshire Licensing Partnership provided, offering a consistent point of contact for all licensing across the five councils.
