Accommodation certificates: Outline
Accommodation Certificates are often requested in connection with applications for immigration purposes.
The Report will identify whether a dwelling is fit for habitation and of adequate size to accommodate the proposed number of residents. There is a charge for an accommodation certificate. For further information go to the Private Housing page.
