Northamptonshire Partnership are now responsible for all Environmental Health Licence Applications (excluding Taxi and Street Trading licensing), in addition to the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005.

 

The Partnership is made up of:

 

• Corby Borough Council
• Daventry District Council
• East Northamptonshire Council
• The Borough Council of Wellingborough
• Kettering Borough Council

The group was formed to improve the service that Northamptonshire Licensing Partnership provided, offering a consistent point of contact for all licensing across the five councils.
