Ordering a memorial: Outline
If you wish to place a memorial on a grave in one of the Council's cemeteries, you must first seek permission from the Council. There are a number of local stonemasons who can advise you on this, or you can contact Customer Services for further information and advice.
Memorials must be made of natural stone; and their size and appearance has to comply with the Cemetery Regulations.
The Council reserves the right to remove unauthorised memorials.
