The Disabled Facilities Grant is available for a range of adaptationwork that will help a disabled person remain in their home.

You can apply for a grant if you are: * assessed by an Occupational Therapist and have been referred to us by them stating what adaptations are required * a tenant or owner of a property or a landlord applying on behalf of a disabled tenantCommon Questions
