Flytipping: Outline
Fly tipping is the illegal dumping of rubbish. It is an offence under Section 33(a) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, and can lead to a fine and/or prison sentence.
If you wish to report a flytipping incident, please telephone or email us with a description and location of the waste. Any details you provide may help us to prosecute those responsible. Alternatively, you can report it online.
